Shipping Timeframes | 运输时间

  • Orders are processed within order same business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

  • Delivery times depend on your location:
    • KLANG VELLY Area Shipping: Before 3pm order same days delivery.
    • Out Of KLANG VELLY Area Shipping: 2-5 business days, depending on local postal services.

      • 非巴生谷地区配送:2-5个工作日,具体时间视当地邮政服务而定。

Shipping Costs | 运费

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

  • We use trusted carriers such as LALAMOVE ,GRABEXPRESS, J&T EXPRESS,DHL, FedEx and local postal services to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Order Tracking | 订单追踪

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions | 运输限制

  • We do not accept orders shipped to PO Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.

  • We do not accept refund requests due to shipping delays unless the order is lost or undelivered for an extended period.

  • If your item arrives damaged or there are missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order for further assistance.
